However I thought the 50 years award was given to the film Sholay itself and not Ramesh Sippy. Sippy the director received it.
May be all did not match our views.But in any case...
The winners deserved it.

urm, i already had "issues" with the nominees which i mentioned in broops thread. SO the winners doesnt really matter to me.


Best Actor Critics - Pankaj Kapoor (Maqbool) , puzzled me , pankaj kapur is a brialliant actor no doubt , but in maqbool ..as abbaji he doent really have a big role & it isnt really as spectacular as the other performances , notably tabu, piyush mishra & irfan khan.
Btw , the tv telecas was edited & pankaj kapurs speech was cut.
